The Challenge

Returning to work from maternity leave feeling overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. Three biggest challenges:

Rework service offers to match new season of life and its limitations
Re-evaluate website templates side of the business to increase non-direct client income
Finding drive & excitement to show up for work

Reworked Claire’s flagship offer to be more approachable in mom life
Streamlined the inquiry process to make it easier for clients to inquire
Created a new offer that Claire was excited to work on in a white space for her clients
Critically audited offer suite to remove high effort / low reward offers that drained Claire
Clarified 2 unique audiences, how they think and how to speak directly to them
Reframed the mental blocks around social media to make it fun and sustainable
Implemented habits, techniques, and priorities to make better use of the small time blocks available for a new mom to work
Found a healthy balance between working on the business and in the business
