The Right Brain

An entrepreneur at heart, Joelle started her first business at 11 years old and never stopped. Over the past nineteen years, she’s launched four different businesses before the age of 30. She’s the mastermind behind the marketing campaigns you see on @joandlyndon’s socials and the visionary behind Jo&Lyndon.

When she’s not dreaming up big ideas (or writing her upcoming book…) you’ll likely find her reading, journaling, spending time with friends and family, traveling, or indulging in fun creative projects.

Jo’s Favorite Things:

  • Being by the water, reading a good book (the kind that makes you laugh out loud).
  • Random business ideas at all hours.
  • Hiking trails, both new and old.
Meet lyndon

The Left Brain

Never one to shy away from hard truths, Lyndon will tell you like it is and help you see the bigger picture. With dual Masters in Business (MBA) and Analytics (MSBA) from Indiana University and experience working in both corporate and entrepreneurship settings, he brings a unique perspective to coaching & consulting. When he’s not working (or building his future tech company…) you’ll find him traveling, reading, playing Far Cry, or doing yoga.

Jo’s Favorite Things:

  • Always planning the next trip, even if we just got back from one.
  • Learning, always —if you work with us, expect book recs and at least one insightful podcast link.

How We Got Here:

Jo started her first creative business at 19—figuring things out as she went, trusting her gut, and learning a lot the hard way. Lyndon took the strategy route, earning two master’s degrees in business and analytics, only to realize that success isn’t just about data and formulas—it’s about building a business that fits you.

Between the two of us, we’ve built multiple revenue streams, pivoted (more than once), and cracked the code on what actually works for creative entrepreneurs who want more ease, more income, and more time for the life part of life.

Faith

Our faith is at the center of everything we do. It’s the heartbeat of this business and is our biggest value. At the beginning of our coaching calls, we offer to pray over our coaching clients before we start our calls, however it’s completely up to you whether we do so or whether you’d rather jump right into our conversation. 

Communication

Proactively communicating and responding in a timely manner during business hours helps us deliver a quality coaching experience for you. Whether it's reaching out ahead of time to re-schedule a call or asking if we can make adjustments to a certain deliverable, we want you to reach out and put it on our radar. Nothing is too small. We want to deliver an exceptional experience for you. Practicing transparency and delivering feedback in a timely & proactive manner is how we’re able to do so.

Action + Implementation

We always give our coaching clients action steps to implement that will direct them closer to their goals. While we don’t require you to have every single action step done by our next call (sometimes there’s not adequate time), we do value progress and expect to see that you’re actively putting in the work. After all, that’s how you see results.

Our Clients Privacy

You’ll see us share client wins and case studies, however we’ll never share names unless our clients have given us permission to do so. Similarly, we always put the ball in our clients court for whether or not they want a recording of their coaching/consult call. For some clients, they like the option to have a recording on file to reference back to later. For others, they’re able to speak more freely without it. Most of our clients are 6/7-figure business owners and value anonymity. We want them to feel as safe and comfortable as possible to show up and be able to talk through matters that they don’t want publicly aired. That becomes more and more important as you grow and scale. We’re passionate about delivering an experience that aids them in a necessary safe space.

Community

Community is so important to us personally and a core pillar of our coaching services. When you become one of our coaching clients, you’re added to an exclusive group chat we have with our 1:1 clients called the “Coaching Crew”. This is a space where you’ll be able to connect with other creative entrepreneurs, ask questions, and receive support from humans that really do “get it”. You’ll also get first access to upcoming retreats, masterminds, and other opportunities that help you foster community.
